Being an African American Avatar on SL can be hard at times, especially when it comes to choosing the right skin. For me, I have had a hard time finding a fair ethnic skin that was the right shade of brown; The shades would come out too dark or too light. When I started 2013 in SL, I decided to go on a skin hunt, and found Deesses Skins. I was throughly impressed by the different shades of ebony available at the store, and the option to purchase a limited skin, which helps to make my avatar more unique!
